Home tours are from 1:00 to 5:00 pm during the neighborhood’s ProspectFest on Saturday, September 22nd. There will be an event festival from 12-6pm featuring live music, great food, beer by Left Hand Brewing Company, wine tasting in Tenacity Wine Shop, and kids’ activities. This tour is your chance to explore one of the most exciting communities in Northern Colorado, featured in Dwell Magazine as "America’s Coolest Neighborhood." Proceeds will benefit Longmont’s HOPE, an organization dedicated to providing comprehensive street outreach and supportive services to homeless individuals in Longmont. Tour tickets are a $20 tax-deductible contribution to HOPE and are available by cash or check same day at the tour check-in station located at Tenacity Drive & 100 Year Party Court.
